Usage

How much of your plan you've used. A session lasts 5 hours from when you start using SAI; the week, 7 days. Messages and voice both count.

When a conversation gets long, SAI compresses the older part into short notes so it can keep going. When you're close to your session or weekly limit, SAI writes you a recap so you can pick up where you left off. Both use a small part of your usage, never a message.

Manage billing opens Stripe's secure page, where you can cancel, update your card and see your invoices. Payments are handled by Stripe; SAI never sees your card number. Refunds follow the Terms. Questions: billing@universalnetworkdevelopment.com.
